Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness

Our instructors will guide you through your practice and provide options and modifications and verbal alignment adjustments.

We do recommend that beginners start with an Aromatherapy Yin or an Unwind class to get used to the heat, and then move to additional practices.

15/30 Minute gentle yoga stretch class that moves you through a series of poses that stretches the body including the spine, shoulders, neck, back, arms and legs.

Heavy Breathing


Come ready to SWEAT! This is a fast paced fitness class that has a fusion of cardio, Pilates, weight training and fitness style of yoga. Go to your limit and feel the burn within it! When you push yourself and burn your muscles during your workout, you get your blood pumping, heart rate up and you’ll get that day long energy, that no coffee can give you!

HIIT IT

HIIT (High-intensity interval training) is the perfect no excuses workout. A timed class where you will do an exercise for approximately 20/30 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Loads of cardio & generally using only your body-weight for exercises to get your heart pumping and to burn unwanted fat, and increase's your metabolism. Which means you’ll still be burning fat even after you’ve left the gym.

BarreCore 

Set to upbeat music and incorporates high reps of barre moves to help craft a long lean and strong physique and Pilates to build your core, flexibility, strength and posture. 


Barre Fusion

Movements coming from ballet combined with yoga and Pilates. This class will have you on the barre feeling the fun beats and working to create long lean legs, a defined booty and tightened abs. This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.

Abs, Butts & Thighs

A class designed specifically to tone and strengthen your butt, abs and thighs. Perfect for all levels. If you are looking to tone up your problem areas, this is definitely the work-out for you!

Get lost to the great rhythms in this class, and be challenged with strength training, reps and controlled movements to the beat and tone up at the same time.

Tapasya Hot Yoga

ounded in 2012 by Kristin Campbell, Tapasya Yoga (pronounced tah-pahs-yah) is a spiritually uplifting and sustainable alignment-based method of Hot-Hatha and Hatha-Vinyasa yoga. Longer pose holds and moving in a vinyasa.

Breathe Flow

This is a vinyasa flow class. Vinyasa is literally breath synchronized movement. Vinyasa is all about moving meditation. This dynamic style of yoga uses breath to flow from posture to posture. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and free all day!


Core Flow

Focuses on building heat and strength through your entire core. Using sun salutes to get your heart pounding! It is the perfect class to help you build the strength to deepen your yoga practice.

Hot Power Flow

Are you ready for a challenge? Hot Power Flow yoga is excellent for your mental and physical health because the asanas are choreographed in such a way that they create an ongoing, flowing dance and long holds to get your muscles shaking! The heated infrared room will additionally assist in deeply cleansing your system as you move.

Aromatherapy Yin Yoga

A slow-paced practice either seated, kneeling or laying down on the mat, holding long poses for deeper stretching, to enhance joint mobility and flexibility.

Yin yoga is used for healing on multiple levels, it specifically targets the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and bones.

It also Includes meditative and mantra elements, which focus on the energetic body and mental state.

A safe setting to study various mudras (hand poses) and breathing techniques (pranayama).

Aromatherapy is used medicinally by many cultures with usage of essential oils to enhance the healing process.

Unwind

Let your day melt away with this combination of deep stretching, meditation and breathwork. This is the perfect class to de-stress and balance the chakras. Breath in the aromatherapy, bask in the infrared and wipe your sweat away with a cold eucalyptus towel. Once you’re done this class you’ll sleep like a baby.

Broga Yoga

This is a men only class! Great for guys new to yoga and for ones that say they "aren't flexible enough for yoga".
