Please note: All of our classes are heated 36-40 degrees Celsius and can be found in class descriptions.

The vaccine passport mandate is no longer required as of until April 8th, 2022. Masks are not required.

  • All Breathe Fitness Subcontractors including our instructors, management, marketing & communications and our operations team is fully vaccinated.
The easiest and simplest way to view, book & manage your personal information, account & schedule; is by downloading our "Breathe Fitness" app.  In order to book into classes at Breathe, you must set up an account through the Breathe Fitness app. If you do not have a mobile device that supports this, you can set up your account online, but the app is optimized for class and account management. New profiles take approximately 5-10 minutes to create. There are no shortcuts.

Breathe Fitness’s Age minimum is 16 for independent attendance at adult classes. 16-18 year olds will need written parental/guardian consent. Please email us at


Troubleshooting Note: On occasion, the app is updated for necessary functional updates. Unfortunately, this may impact proper app loading. You may need to delete the apps and reload onto your devices. This should resolve any booking issues.

The technology is designed to protect and keep client data and credit card info confidential. Clients need to remember logins and passwords as we do not have access to this information. Passwords can be reset by requesting a reset password link. This is why correct contact info and emails is essential in client profiles, for effective and consistent communication with the business to receive purchase receipts, schedule changes, class booking and cancellation notifications etc.

Studio and Membership Reminders

  • Pre-Registration required for ALL classes. Walk-ins are not permitted.
  • Advanced booking required for all classes including mat & shower rentals.
  • 8 days advance booking.
  • 12 hour cancellation courtesy policy.
  • $20.00 Late cancellation/No-show Fee.
  • Late cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances/injury/medical reasons, please cancel out of class so that people on the waitlist have an opportunity to attend the class.
  • Please then send us an email to advise us of the late cancellation and we will credit the $20.00 fee onto your account to use towards future purchases.
  • You can check your personal account balance directly through the app “Billing Information."
  • Please bring your own yoga mats, sweat towels and filled water bottles. 
  • Space is limited and you must reserve your spot before arriving at the studio.
  • Set up account notifications to ensure you can get class announcements such as cancellations, changes, password resets, and more.
  • All sales are final, including retail merchandise. 
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges or membership transfers.
  • We do not offer refunds on discount codes applied incorrectly before purchase. 
Before Class
  • Please arrive 10-15minutes before class.
  • Front door locked 5 minutes before class. 
  • Upon arrival at the studio please check in with the instructor and confirm your space reservation number.
  • Once checked in, proceed into the hot studio and set up your mat & equipment.
After Class
  • Please use equipment cleaner & cleaning cloths to spray & clean all used equipment & yoga mats.
  • Please exit the studio within 5-10 minutes of class ending so instructors have enough time to complete required cleaning in between classes. 



Q. Can you book me into classes or help cancel my booking?

A. Please do not contact the location requesting for us to book/cancel you into classes. The easiest way to view, book & manage your personal information, account & schedule is by downloading our "Breathe Fitness" app. All bookings are managed personally by clients. Here's a helpful guide on how to navigate the app.

Q. I'm just passing by. Can I walk-in and take the class as a guest? 

A. Advanced booking is required for all classes as wait-listing is in effect, and we do not accept walk-ins. Details for pricing options, memberships, purchasing terms & conditions can be found directly in the app's "Online Store" in the "Product Details."

Advance pass or membership purchases are required. Waitlisting is in effect on a first come first serve basis.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Client authentication is required through the credit card authentication process before booking and attending classes at the studio.

Q. Can I book and pay for more than one person?

A. Every client needs to set up their own account with personal info, and must sign their own waiver. Only personal bookings & cancellations can be completed through your Breathe Fitness account.
