Q. What are your policies for waitlists, cancellations, and managing my class bookings?

Here's some helpful information for managing your classes and schedule. Need more help? You can view our booking policies here.

When to Arrive: To provide the best experience for you at Breathe, we have a strict attendance policy. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class, as the front door is locked 5 minutes before the start of class to ensure we start & finish classes on time. 

Canceling Out Of Class: Our EARLY cancellation policy is 12 hours. Cancel your spot in class by managing "My Schedule" in the Breathe Fitness app. All class bookings and cancellations are managed personally by guests in the app. This applies to both a “Class” and “Waitlist” if you can no longer attend for any reason. This allows another guest in the Breathe community to attend the class. 

Waitlists: Guests on the waitlist are automatically added to the class, first come, first serve. Review "My Schedule" in the Breathe Fitness app to confirm the mat space number or number on the waitlist. There are no penalties for cancellations off the waitlist. Only once you've been added to the class from the waitlist. If plans change and you can no longer attend the class, please cancel off the waitlist.

One "No Show" or “Late Cancellation” results in an immediate automatic $20.00 fee.
- We do not offer refunds on promotional discount codes not applied correctly. 
- We do not offer refunds for "No Show" or "Late Cancellation" of classes.

Q. Can you book me into classes or help cancel my booking?

A. Please do not contact the location requesting for us to book/cancel you into classes. The easiest way to view, book & manage your personal information, account & schedule is by downloading our "Breathe Fitness" app. All bookings are managed personally by clients. Here's a helpful guide on how to navigate the app.

Q. I'm just passing by. Can I walk-in and take the class as a guest? 

A. Advanced booking is required for all classes as wait-listing is in effect, and we do not accept walk-ins. You are welcome to set up your account through the Breathe Fitness app and book into class if time permits. Details for pricing options, memberships, purchasing terms & conditions can be found directly in the app's "Online Store" in the "Product Details."

Advance pass or membership purchases are required. Waitlisting is in effect on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Are your classes heated?

A. All of our classes are heated 35-40 degrees Celsius with 20-40% humidity and use FAR Infrared. More information can be found in class descriptions.

Q: Do you rent yoga mats for classes?

A. We sure do! Yoga mat rentals can be reserved and paid before attending the class. Mat rentals are $5 + tax each and must be reserved in advance through the Breathe app under your account. After you reserve your mat, show your reservation to the instructor and they will get you a clean rental mat.

Q: Does Breathe Fitness have showers for guest use?

A. We are happy to offer shower use for guests. Our studio has one shower that is cleaned regularly.  Shower & towel rentals are $5 + tax each and must be reserved in advance through the Breathe app under your account. Show your reservation in "My Schedule" to your instructor ahead of time.

Q. When can we shop at Breathe's retail boutique?

A. Shop before or after classes, or shop online 24/7. Free pick up is usually within 12 hours. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Q. If we order retail products online, can we pick up at the studio?

A. Absolutely! Purchase online 24/7 and free pick up is usually within 12 hours. Bring your receipt or order confirmation email to the studio and show to the instructor. Please note: any orders held at the studio for over 7 days will incur a $20 hold fee. If you need to make other arrangements, just let us know.

Q. Is there an age restriction on who can take classes?

A. Due to the heated nature of the classes, Breathe Fitness’s Age minimum is 16 for independent attendance at adult classes. 16-18 year olds will need written parental/guardian consent. Please email us at breathefitnessstudios@gmail.com

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Client authentication is required through the credit card authentication process before booking and attending classes at the studio. We also accept retail and membership gift certificates (sold and applied separately).

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?

A. YES! We offer two types of gift certificates - retail and memberships. You can purchase a retail gift certificate here. Membership gift certificates can be purchased under our Pricing & Membership page, or here.

Q. Can I book and pay for more than one person?

A. Every client needs to set up their own account with personal info, and must sign their own waiver. Only personal bookings & cancellations can be completed through your Breathe Fitness account.
