Set Up Your Account & Book Into Classes

In order to book into classes at Breathe, you must set up an account through the Breathe Fitness app. If you do not have a mobile device that supports this, you can set up your account online, but the app is optimized for class and account management. New profiles take approximately 5-10 minutes to create. There are no shortcuts. Every guest must have their own profile and book into classes themselves. You cannot book into class for other guests under your own account.

Once your account is set up, the booking and cancellation process is simple and effective. It’s all done virtually and managed by you. No need for in-person transactions or support. It's important to note that you must input all information correctly and accurately. The app will restrict you from booking into classes if any information is missing.

We respect your privacy and it’s the law; you manage your personal data. We do not manage any personal client data. It is the responsibility of the guest to book into classes, cancel, and manage their account. Guests MUST complete and sign waiver, and provide emergency contacts to take classes in an infrared heated studio. Yoga mats rentals can be reserved and paid before attending the class ($5 fee). Shower & towel rentals are $5 each and must be reserved in advance through the app.

Troubleshooting Note: On occasion, the app is updated for necessary functional updates. Unfortunately, this may impact proper app loading. You may need to delete the apps and reload onto your devices. This should resolve any booking issues.

The technology is designed to protect and keep client data and credit card info confidential. Clients need to remember logins and passwords as we do not have access to this information. Passwords can be reset by requesting a reset password link. This is why correct contact info and emails is essential in client profiles, for effective and consistent communication with the business to receive purchase receipts, schedule changes, class booking and cancellation notifications etc.

 

BC GOVERNMENT VACCINATION MANDATE

The vaccine passport is no longer required as of April 8th. 2022 

All Breathe Fitness Subcontractors including our instructors, management, marketing & communications and our operations team is fully vaccinated.

FAQs AND OTHER BOOKING POLICIES

Q. Can you book me into classes or help cancel my booking?

A. Please do not contact the location requesting for us to book/cancel you into classes. The easiest way to view, book & manage your personal information, account & schedule is by downloading our "Breathe Fitness" app. All bookings are managed personally by clients. Here's a helpful guide on how to navigate the app.

Q. I'm just passing by. Can I walk-in and take the class as a guest? 

A. Advanced booking is required for all classes as wait-listing is in effect, and we do not accept walk-ins. Details for pricing options, memberships, purchasing terms & conditions can be found directly in the app's "Online Store" in the "Product Details."

Advance pass or membership purchases are required. Waitlisting is in effect on a first come first serve basis.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Client authentication is required through the credit card authentication process before booking and attending classes at the studio.

Q. Can I book and pay for more than one person?

A. Every client needs to set up their own account with personal info, and must sign their own waiver. Only personal bookings & cancellations can be completed through your Breathe Fitness account.

Q: Are your classes heated?

A. All of our classes are heated 36-40 degrees Celsius and use FAR Infrared. More information can be found in class descriptions.

 

STUDIO BOOKING REMINDERS

- ALL sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or membership transfers or extensions. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on promotional discount codes applied incorrectly.

- Membership payments and passes once charged or purchased are not eligible for refunds.

- Weekly and Monthly unlimited memberships are for the period of time and are in no way related to or adjusted based on actual usage of the studio and are not eligible for extensions. 

- Pre-registration is required for ALL classes. Walk-ins are not permitted - Clients can begin booking into classes eight days in advance.  

- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class. Door locks 5 minutes before the start of class for the safety and security of guests and staff.

- Mat + shower rentals are not included. Reserve all mat & shower rentals directly through the Breathe Fitness app BEFORE attending classes at the studio. $5.00/rental.


No Shows/ Late Cancellations: We have a strict attendance policy in effect. One "No Shows or Late Cancellation" results in an immediate automatic $20 fee at the studio's discretion. We require a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel a class so that people on the waitlist have an opportunity to attend. Late cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances/injury/medical or if you feel sick, please stay home and cancel out of class firstso clients on the waitlist have an opportunity to attend, and then please send us an email. We will credit the fee to your Breathe Fitness account. We do not process refunds.

IMPORTANT: Please read Breathe’s VIP Membership contracts and Liability Waiver of claims before you sign them. Be absolutely sure that you fully know and understand the terms and conditions of these documents.
