Shipping policy
Once a product has left the store; including shipped items, we cannot accept it back and give a refund. Quality issue items are to be returned to the store for exchanges. Quality fault items will be exchanged, or if no longer in stock, we will issue a store or account credit. We do not process refunds.
- If you believe you have received a defective product or experienced a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and a tracking number is highly recommended, or we cannot confirm the receipt of the package. The item must be shipped back to us within one week of our accepting the exchange/return.Â
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the qualities, colours, and images of our products that appear at the store. Our Products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to our Terms of Service.
Note: If you are picking up your items in-store at Breathe Fitness Squamish, bring your receipt or order confirmation email to the studio and show to the instructor. Please note: any orders held at the studio for over 7 days will incur a $20 hold fee.
