Breathe 100 Challenge Rewards & Sign-Up Details

We’re thrilled about the upcoming Breathe 100 Challenge starting February 1, 2025, and the incredible journey of balance, strength, and self-care it promises. However, we want to keep you informed about a few updates as we work through some technical issues with our rewards program.

Currently, the rewards feature on our app is temporarily disabled. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to resolve the issue and will ensure the rewards program is fully functional by February 1.

In the meantime, you can still sign up for the challenge! Simply send us an email, and we’ll provide you with the Breathe 100 registration form. Our team will ensure that everything is set up for you to start strong on February 1.

How It Works

1. Sign Up by January 25, 2025:

• Register through the Breathe Fitness app.

Rewards > Redeem Prizes > 1500 points Breathe 100 Registration

• Upon successful registration, complete the online form in the Breathe Fitness app under “My Profile > Forms > 2025 Breathe 100 Registration Form”

• Book your “before” photos through the app by February 15, 2025 to mark your starting point.

2. Track Your Progress:

• Stay motivated by tracking your progress on the Breathe 100 Challenge Board in-studio.

• Use the Breathe Fitness app to monitor your points and leaderboard status.

Please Note:
Active Membership Required: Participants must have an active Breathe Fitness membership. Memberships paused or cancelled during the challenge forfeit participation.
Class Rescheduling Policy: If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I understand that I am responsible for choosing a different class that day or booking another class on a future date.
Focus on Consistency, Not Speed: The goal of the challenge is not to race to 100 classes but to build consistency and commit to a sustainable schedule. This commitment extends beyond the challenge itself to encourage long-term habits of balance, strength, and self-care.

Important Dates:

• Points and prizes must be redeemed by no later than December 20, 2025.

• All points will reset ON or BEFORE December 31, 2025, as we prepare for the new year.
