Congratulations to our Breathe 100 2025 first achiever: Charlee!

We’re thrilled to celebrate an incredible milestone — congratulations to Charlee, our very first Breathe 100 Achiever! Since February 1, 2025, Charlee has shown up with unwavering consistency, completing 100 days of classes and embodying the heart of this challenge: dedication, strength, and self-care.

To honour her achievement as the first to complete the challenge, we’re gifting Charlee a $100 Breathe membership gift card — a small token of appreciation for such a big commitment.

To all our other amazing Breathe 100 participants — keep going! You have until August 31 (and beyond) to reach your 100-day goal. Breathe 100 Challenge: Now Extended Until August 31!

We’re excited to announce that the Breathe 100 Challenge has been extended to August 31! With brighter days ahead, now’s the perfect time to keep showing up, stay consistent, and finish strong.

This extension includes the Booty Barre 6-Week Challenge, running May 25 to June 29, to help keep your summer routine strong, fresh, and community-powered.

Congratulations to everyone who’s already hit the 50-day milestone—you’re halfway there, and your dedication is truly inspiring!

How to Join Breathe 100

1. Sign Up by January 31, 2025:

• Active Membership Required: Participants must have an active Breathe Fitness membership.

• Send us an email to receive your registration form.

• Complete the online form in the Breathe Fitness app under:

“My Profile > Forms > 2025 Breathe 100 Challenge.”

• Upon successful registration, request your 1,500 reward points through the app.

• Book your “before” photos in the app by February 15, 2025, to mark your starting point.

2. Track Your Progress:

• Stay motivated by tracking your progress on the Breathe 100 Challenge Board in-studio.

• Use the Breathe Fitness app to monitor your points and leaderboard status.

Please Note:
Active Membership Required: Participants must have an active Breathe Fitness membership. Memberships paused or cancelled during the challenge forfeit participation.
Class Rescheduling Policy: If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I understand that I am responsible for choosing a different class that day or booking another class on a future date.
Focus on Consistency, Not Speed: The goal of the challenge is not to race to 100 classes but to build consistency and commit to a sustainable schedule. This commitment extends beyond the challenge itself to encourage long-term habits of balance, strength, and self-care.
